Direct Overlays
The installation of a direct overlay on the existing roof entails the application of a new waterproofing system without necessitating the removal of the previous roofing materials. Complete Re-roof
The existing roof will be removed due to the deterioration of the plywood and joists. Subsequently, new timbers and decking will be installed, followed by the implementation of a new waterproof system.
Built-up Warm Roof
